This villa is a very private, one-of-a-kind, spacious, beachfront villa, with access via a private gate to the famous boardwalk and Royal Beach. Along the boardwalk, the Puerto de
Cabopino is a 20-minute walk, with a lovely selection of “chiringuitos” along the way. The villa has outstanding panoramic views of the Mediterranean and on a clear day, even views of the African Coast and Gibraltar.
