The beach and connections to Marbella and La Cala de Mijas are very easy to access. A very well-maintained urbanization. There is communal parking. A bedroom with an en suite is on the left and the living room opens onto a large terrace with a barbecue and plenty of space for hammocks. The views of the sea and the garden and pool are very pleasant. Perfect for holidays or, with luck, to live in all year round. The second bedroom and its bathroom are to the left of the living room. The living room has a dining area next to it at the exit of the kitchen and there is a fireplace. The kitchen has windows. It would be great to do a good renovation to this apartment! Visits recommended. Flexibility of visits also possible.
