If you live in Spain, we can make an appointment to come and list your property. However if you live abroad and wish to have your property listed with us, this can be organized too.
To start receiving enquiries for your property simply email up to 20 images and a detailed property description to admin@premierpropertiesmarbella.com
Your property description should include as much information about your property as possible – exact location, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, overall size of property in square meters, size of plot/garden/terrace, size of swimming pool, parking spaces or garage, whether the property comes furnished or unfurnished, community fees if an apartment, communal facilities available i.e swimming pool, tennis courts, gym etc… year of build, proximity to town/beach. You will also need to inform us who to contact to provide access to the property for subsequent visits with potential buyers or tenants.
