The Villa is situated in lively Elviria with over 36 restaurants, bar's and supermarkets and even Golf at an 800 meter walk. The white sandy beach is a 1600 meter walk. There is a good entrance gate and private parking for several cars within the gate. The villa is at an elevated position but in an area with gentle slopes so ideal for cycling.
