On the first floor is the living room, furnished with a sofa, 1 armchair, and a TV. The dining area has a table with 6 chairs. The terrace features an outdoor dining table, a large outdoor sofa with a coffee table, and 2 sun loungers, perfect for relaxing at any time of the day. The 3 bedrooms are furnished with high-quality beds: two with king-size beds and one with a queen-size bed, all with en-suite bathrooms featuring a rain shower, bathtub, and double sink. The spacious master bedroom with its en-suite bathroom is located on the second floor. It also has access to a private terrace with panoramic sea views and features 1 sun lounger and 2 armchairs, perfect for relaxation. We provide bath towels and bed linen for all rooms, so you only need to bring your personal items. The house is air-conditioned, allowing you to adjust the temperature for heating or cooling. WiFi is also available throughout the property. For your safety, the property complies with all legal regulations. It has a smoke detector, a fire extinguisher, and a first-aid kit. Additionally, two parking spaces are included in the rent. In the urbanization, you will find a communal swimming pool, open from 10:00 to 22:00 (opening hours may vary according to season and availability). This is a perfect vacation home!
