- Collect your mail and provide follow up if any mail requires it
- Switch on electrics – air conditioning – electrical appliances – flush toilets – and more
- Inspection of plants and/or garden maintenance
- Communicate with the administration and president of your community
- Attend the annual owners’ meeting in your name
